It is very important to us, as it is for any business. This principle (the absence of free work) means that you’re already generating some results that we can improve.
We will not start from zero, right?
You cannot even dream on a result base partnership if you haven’t put your skin in the game first. Are we shareholders in your company to make the initial market validation? No, we’re not.
So, if you don’t have at least the break even sales/ results for the past 3 -6 months, then we cannot help you.
You don’t qualify for us to work together in this system. Yes, we can help you, but that is on a regular agency fee.
You already have invested in promotion/ advertising for the past 6 months
Most of the success and growth we bring is based on many, many hours of gaining wisdohm in the performance field. We’re experts in multiplying your success. We need to see what you have tried. We need to see if you’ve done the groundwork so we can read between the lines. We’re the brains that look pragmatically within the work done.
We need your 12 months commitment on the minimum promotion budget
A paid-on-results agency will not invest out of its own pocket the advertising money needed to generate those results. That falls under your responsibility. And yes there is a minimum amount that is dictated by the channel needed to succeed, by geography, by sales cycle length.
We need a 12 month contract between our companies without a unilateral cancelation clause
We both need the commitment. We both need to understand that our partnership is profit based. You need to grow tremendously, we need to grow as well. This is NOT the cheapest option, but it has the minimum risk.
